At one point or another, we all tweak our knees. Whether it's playing sports, stepping off a curb, forcing a yoga pose or just sleeping, the knee is a very vulnerable joint in the body.
But what do you do when you have knee pain? Let it rest and hope it gets better? Push your way through pain and ignore that something is wrong? No!
The best thing you can do after injuring yourself is to increase both strength and mobility. There are many safe and effective ways to work with acute knee pain.
In this class we are going to:
- Address weakness in the most important knee muscle, the Vastus Medialis Obliquus.
- Learn tools for releasing the popliteus and opening the back of the knee.
- Stretch the calf muscles and hamstrings.
- Use Down Dog to strengthen the knee joint.
- Safely begin the process of weight bearing again.
- Increase both flexion and extension.
- Give you the capacity to walk up and down stairs and hike small mountains.
- Remove your knee pain so you can return to normal activity!
This class is just under 25 minutes and once you join, you have it for life. It will be something you can return to again and again when you want to practice with me and help your knees.
These are tools I have used with therapy clients for over 15 years that have brought success and pain free movement back to them.
Don't miss this opportunity to have such great knowledge at the tip of your fingertips.
I have had "on again off again" knee pain my whole life. Normally when it gets bad, I don't do anything with it for about two weeks. Sometimes it gets better, sometimes not. I hurt my knee the other day and after doing this class once, my pain was reduced from a 9 to a 3. By day 4, I had zero pain and was able to go up and down stairs. This class is a miracle and the techniques are SO SIMPLE! I can't recommend it enough.

A few weeks ago I tore my meniscus and was unable to walk. I reached out to Jory and he sent me this class. After one session, I was able to bear weight again. After doing it 4 times in one week, I was able to walk. The doctors are recommending I don't do surgery since my rehab is going well. I seriously can't recommend this class enough!

"After having somehow mysteriously hurt my knee, I was at a loss as to what kind of body practitioner to consult. I came across Jory's "What to Do When You Tweak Your Knee" and decided to give it a try. The first session was an eye opener with a simple explanation of what needed to be worked on to relieve the pain. I loved that it was clear, concise and extremely doable. I am in my 70's and appreciate the way it gives me very manageable exercises, in less than 20 minutes, to attend to alleviating my pain and strengthening my knee. Thank you Jory, this has been a lifesaver."

As a yoga teacher, I have students asking me all the time what to do about their knees. I have my techniques but I've never had knee pain myself so it's all exploratory. I bought this class to get more info and have used it with 5 students so far. It's been extraordinary! The techniques can be used by anyone. They're so simple and effective. My students are feeling better and are so grateful to me. Me, I'm grateful to Jory. Thank you, my friend!
