The Applied Yoga Sacroiliac Joint Course is an in-depth training for all yoga teachers, advanced practitioners and movement professionals.

The sacroiliac joint is the conjoining area of two very important bones in the body: the sacrum and ilium. Due to the stress we put on our low backs and pelvis, the SI joint is commonly injured. Dysfunction here can lead to sciatic like symptoms, back pain that seems to have no direct center, hip pain and an inability to flex or extend the trunk.

In the Applied Yoga Sacroiliac Joint Course students are taught to assess for and treat common causes of SI joint dysfunction. You will learn to blend traditional asana with functional movement. This allows your teaching to be an assessment and treatment for human movement potential. At the end of the course you will have a more profound understanding of the body and a new set of tools to work with pain.

The Applied Yoga Sacroiliac Joint Course is one of a kind in the field of yoga, movement and assessment.

Take a major step in your career and join the increasing community of professionals blending ancient eastern practices with the intelligence of western science.
